Empowerment Enterprise II (EE2) is dedicated to transforming lives and uplifting communities through sustainable, community-centered initiatives. Founded in 2008 as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization in the District of Columbia. We are committed to equipping individuals with the skills and resources they need to thrive and become agents of change in their communities.

We teach, train and empower through programming and workshops providing hands on experience, coaching and wrap around services.

 

How do we Motivate the Target population?

 

We use the Restorative Justice framework, that includes recognition, coaching, self-esteem building practices and incentivized programming.

 

How do we Support the Target population?

 

We provide peer management service, mentorship and opportunities to become change-agents.
