Program Specialist - Choir JOB SUMMARY: The Program Specialist - Choir will oversee the development, implementation, and management of an in-school and / or after-school Choir club for elementary, middle, and high school students. The primary goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where students can learn various Choir styles, develop their skills, build confidence, and foster teamwork. Outreach Worker (Canvasser)​ Reports To:  Outreach Coordinator and Program Manager  Responsibilities:  Provides administrative support and execution for community canvassing and outreach.  Assists in execution of the calendar of outreach activities.  Assists in execution of service utilization tracker  Assists in canvassing operation, including but not limited to: tracking hours, ensuring team members meet expectations, and coordinating logistics, including managing supplies.  Assists the development of teams and team leads  Assists in execution of outreach exhibitions (with clothing, resource list and survival kits) in the community and educates employees on community responsibility.  Prepares accurate records and reports on the service delivery.  Provides administrative support to the Office Administrator as needed  Carefully track and manage information received.  Ensure data entry & quality control is done in an accurate and timely fashion.  Assists in the organization of special events.   Assists in the development of sufficient outreach Survival kits for community canvassing  Requirements:  Applicant needs to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and community driven   Experience in coordinating outreach activities.  Knowledge of group dynamics in order to assist with the establishment of successful canvassing teams   Administrative experience   Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.  Deliverables   1.
